Name, work, and the limit.

This page is a notice, not a lawyer. When the LLC exists, its name replaces the personal name below. Until then the operator is the person who pays the domain.

1. The name

SIN KNOW MORE, the seal, the line The devil has no knees, Serviam as used by this house, and the site sinknowmore.com are claimed as common-law marks of this house for clothing, prints, and a media site. A federal application will be filed in the name of the LLC, not a person, once the company exists.

Nobody else may sell shirts, hats, or a site under that name as if it were theirs. Use of a short quote in a review or a sermon is not that.

2. Copyright

Words written for this site, the original photographs you made, the homily audio, and the type designs (cream lettering) belong to the house. Copyright exists the day they are made. Registration with the U.S. Copyright Office is the next step so a court can hear a claim.

Historical photographs of the Cristero years, the tilma, and named martyrs are used as documentary images. Where a living photographer or archive still holds rights, we will pull the file on notice. Do not assume an old face is free just because it is old.

The film VIVA CRISTO REY! — The Cristero War Song Catholics Need Today is embedded from YouTube under their terms. We do not host that audio. Credit remains with the artist.

Pure machine pictures, if any remain, are not claimed as authored art.

3. Shop

Reservations are a letter, not a card charge, until Printful and Stripe are live under the LLC. Sizes: apparel XS–XL. Hats Flexfit S/M and L/XL. No medical, political-party, or investment claim is made by a shirt.

4. Speech

This is a religious and cultural house. It is not a church corporation, not a charity, not legal or medical advice, not a political committee. Read, pray, or leave. Do not treat a paragraph as counsel for a lawsuit, a diagnosis, or a vote.

5. Privacy

We do not sell lists. Language choice may sit in your browser. Analytics, if present, is Google’s. Mail you send to sanctejoseph03@gmail.com is read by the house. When the LLC has a bank and a Stripe account, card data never touches this server — it stays with Stripe.

Do not send a child’s full name, school, or address through the site.

6. Notice

If you believe a file here is yours, write sanctejoseph03@gmail.com with the URL, what you own, and how to reach you. We will look. We will take down what we cannot stand on.

7. The lock

No house is unbreakable. This one is a stack of pages. There is no password vault, no card numbers, no member list on this server. The locks we did put on:

The site only talks HTTPS. Old http is pushed up.
Other sites may not wrap these pages in a frame (that stops a fake window over ours).
Scripts and pictures may only come from this house, plus the typeface. No random third door.
The shop bag is checked against the real catalog. A stranger cannot plant a line of code in your bag.
Language codes from the address bar are only used if we know them.
Card numbers, when the shop is live, stay with Stripe. They never sit on this server.

What you still do in Cloudflare (free): SSL Full (strict). Always Use HTTPS. Bot Fight Mode. Those three are the deadbolt. We cannot turn them from here.

8. The shield (when formed)

The operating company will be an LLC. The site, the shop, Stripe, Printful, and the domain will sit in that company’s name. The family house, cars, and personal accounts will not. An LLC is a wall, not a miracle — it fails if you mix money, sign personally for what the company should sign, or commit a wrong in your own name.
